Larry Craig

Larry credits his success to his meticulous attention to detail and dedication to uncompromising quality.
 
He graduated with Honors from the Johnson and Wales Culinary School. He won’t tell you when…Getting his start in hotels and catering facilities as a chef, he became dissatisfied with the lack of creativity required in event catering at the time. Wanting to try a new approach he founded Laurence Craig Catering in 1996 out of his tiny apartment. Since then, the business has transformed into the “go to” vendor of many luxury brands, corporate, non- profit and private clients.
 
Larry believes in working closely with hosts, planners and designers to create a personal, seamless, catering experience that brings the party givers vision to life. Larry currently lives on a farm with his partner and many, many farm “children”. Having lived in NYC, and now in a rural setting, influences his menus and dynamic presentations that are a signature of Laurence Craig Catering
 

Raul Ruiz

Raul Ruiz is Larry Craig’s right hand man. As Vice President of Operations, Raul coordinates front of the house operations – staffing, rentals, beverages, vendor scheduling & traffic. His is the first number on speed dial of many of our long term customers whenever a special occasion comes up.
 
Raul is a graduate of Montclair State University with a degree in business. He has been with Laurence Craig Catering since 1999. Raul is known for his sense of humor, attention to detail and his abilities to muster the troops and “get the job done”
