Laurence Craig Catering is proudly employee owned since 2023. The founder, Larry, credits his success to his meticulous attention to detail and dedication to uncompromising quality. 

Getting his start in hotels and catering facilities as a chef, he became dissatisfied with the lack of creativity required in event catering at the time. Wanting to try a new approach he founded Laurence Craig Catering in 1996 out of his tiny apartment. Since then, the business has transformed into the “go to” vendor of many luxury brands, corporate, non-profit and private clients.
