At larger affairs, we are always lauded as a “team player” meshing seamlessly with your decorating and entertainment team. We focus on coordinating the food service with your entertainment in order to maximize party time. The food is a highlight but not the main event. However, it is always noteworthy!
We also specialize in warm and homey pre-event dinners, Kiddush luncheons and post event brunches.

Our philosophy is that a group of a thousand people at a fundraiser should be served in the same time that it takes to serve fifty. We have honed the service of very large groups to a science. These custom designed food presentations become an extension of your décor and style. No two tablescapes are exactly alike giving your party a “one of a kind” presentation that always elicits the highest praise from your guests.
Our extensive, curated, inventory of props and table top items enhance any style or party theme. The addition of organic materials – fruit, vegetables, flowers, branches and leaves appropriate to the season complete the design. If your style is more on the minimal side we are happy to let our cuisine stand alone.
